Urban Designer - Selected projects: Stuyvesant Avenue Streetscape, Springfield Avenue Corridor Plan, Ventnor City Streetscape, Morris Canal Greenway Study, Jersey City Bicycle Master Plan. - Project manager for winner of a New Jersey Complete Streets Excellence Award in 2019 (Stuyvesant Avenue Streetscape in Union City). - Managed streetscape design and construction projects in towns across the state. 2008-13: Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, New York City Senior Associate - Selected projects: RIPTA Human Services Transportation Study, Smart Growth America Michigan Livable Communities Plans, DC Mid-City East Livability Plan, Charlotte Gold Rush Circulator, River of Grass Greenway Feasibility Study, Houston 5th Ward Bicycle Master Plan. - Led transportation studies and sub-tasks of larger projects and met required annual business development targets. 2004-06: Office of the Brooklyn Borough President, Brooklyn, NY Economic Development and Capital Budget Coordinator - Selected projects: Coordinated capital budget issues for capital projects in the borough, including parks, libraries, community centers, among others. - Managed the Borough President’s annual capital budget allocation (~$40 million) and project selection process. - Other duties: Liaison to Brooklyn Business Improvement Districts and Atlantic Yards/Barclays Center community outreach efforts.
